I build with the business behind the screen in mind.

Running Grove Street Painting keeps me close to the questions a service business has to answer: what the work includes, where it is available and how a customer takes the next step. I built and maintain the company’s website, service and location pages, structured data and search-informed content.

I founded Truline Digital Services to build websites and useful software for other businesses. The work spans client websites, reporting, workflow configuration and software demonstrations.

For your project, I want to understand who will use it and what they need to do. That gives the design a practical starting point, whether the result is a service page, a report or a tool with a review step.

The decisions I build around

  1. Explain the service.

Give customers the information they need to choose.

  2. Show the scope.

Make the work included in a request clear.

  3. Make activity readable.

Put reporting in a form someone can use.

  4. Keep review visible.

Give important inputs and decisions a place to be checked.

  5. Connect the next step.

Carry the task through to a useful handoff.

How I work

I start with the customer’s task, make the workflow clear and review the result against the business’s operating needs. The next decision matters: choosing a service, checking a line item or knowing where an enquiry goes.

Tell me what you need.

What task do you want help with? Send your existing website or describe the workflow you use now, and tell me the result you want.
