Grove Street Painting · customer follow-up workflows
Recorded configuration
September 28–29, 2026 configuration captures. Successful voice booking is not established.
Give each enquiry a clear follow-up path.
My contribution
I worked on customer follow-up configuration and inspected GoHighLevel conversation channels, staging prompts and booking workflow guards for Grove Street Painting.
Make the handoff conditions clear.
A contractor needs an enquiry to reach the right follow-up step, including a person when the conversation needs one. For Grove Street Painting, I worked on the follow-up configuration and inspected the conversation channels and conditions around the booking workflow.
The September captures show the channel setup, a voice-agent staging prompt and a draft estimate-booked preparation guard. The staging screen has no post-call actions configured, and the September voice inventory included an agent with no inbound numbers.
Follow-up channels and booking conditions in view.
The captures show the channel configuration, staging prompt and draft booking guard I inspected. They show configuration work, not a completed call, successful voice booking or production execution of the draft workflow.

Feedback on a separate follow-up project.
Ricky was responding to my work on CallRail text forwarding and form spam controls in a separate collaboration with Homeowner Marketers.
“Sweet thank you! This is all exciting!”
